By using Pinsurf, you agree to these terms. We provide a bookmarking service. You pay us a yearly fee. We keep your data safe and private. Either of us can end the relationship at any time.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• One person per account (no sharing)
• You must be at least 13 years old

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Pinsurf for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code or spam
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Overwhelm our servers with automated requests
• Resell or redistribute the service
• Use the service to harm others

Payment

• Pinsurf costs $11 per year
• Payment is due annually in advance
• We'll email you before renewal
• Refunds are available within 30 days
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Your Content

• You retain ownership of your bookmarks
• You grant us permission to display and store your content
• Public bookmarks may be visible to other users
• You can export your data at any time
• You're responsible for having the right to bookmark content

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

API Usage

• API access is included with your account
• Don't overwhelm our servers with requests
• We may rate limit excessive usage
• Commercial use requires permission

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss. We recommend keeping your own backups.

Termination

• You can cancel your account at any time
• We can terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You can export your data before cancellation
• No refunds for partial years

Pinsurf is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from use of the service.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or on the website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
